Delivery delay
If the information is incorrect and/or missing, we may need to contact you to update the delivery information, which may lead to a delay in the delivery of the order. Customs clearance may also lead to delays. Please note that BOTTAAT is not responsible for unclaimed or lost packages caused by providing the wrong address. If you change your mind after the package is sent from us, you must pick up the package at the delivery point and send it back to us. If the package is not picked up, it will be automatically recorded as unpicked and charged accordingly, because we do not have the service of automatically returning to the sender with the carrier.
Distribution problems

About the problem of damage
